Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We stayed for three nights and appreciated the quick check-in process. While the room was spacious, it had a few cleanliness issues, including some debris in the couch. Found a nearby diner that served hearty breakfasts for those craving a full meal. South Mobile offers plenty of dining options nearby for lunch and dinner.

I enjoyed my stay in a spacious King Suite. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout my visit. The location was convenient to local attractions and dining options. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. 😊

The hotel has a good location for grabbing food nearby. Staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. However, the check-in process was frustrating. The clerk couldn't find my reservation, which caused a delay. The room smelled musty and the carpet had visible stains. I found a comforter with what looked like dried blood on it. The breakfast had a decent variety, with good scrambled eggs and sausage but also had issues—no milk for cereal and the same pastries set out for multiple days. Overall, the cleanliness and service could use significant improvements, especially in the rooms.

We had a delightful stay, and the spacious Queen Suite was perfect for our family. The breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly, and we loved the yogurt choices. The pool was inviting, although a bit small. Tip, try to get there early for the best breakfast selections!

Additionally, the hotel had a persistent issue with excessive light filtering through the windows, making it hard to sleep in. Some guests mentioned cleanliness drawbacks, like occasional unpleasant odors or a few stained items in the room, which detracted from the otherwise decent stay.

I found the Comfort Suites Mobile West Tillmans Corner welcoming with its cozy lobby and easy access from the highways, making it convenient for seniors. The room was comfortable and well-designed, which added to my pleasant stay.

Just a solid selection for a lightning stop in Mobile offering fantastic value. The weak coffee and Little Debbie Honey buns were a welcome surprise in the morning. Make sure to disinfect everything before settling in.

We had a great time staying at the Comfort Suites in Mobile with our two young kids. The room was spacious and perfect for our family. The location near Hank Aaron Stadium was ideal for our adventures around the city.

In my wife’s opinion, the play area could use more toys for younger kids.
